If you’re not satisfied with your SUVERIA purchase, you may return or exchange footwear within 10 days of purchase. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.

Makeup and Jewelry are sold as a final sale. No exchange or refund on makeup or jewelry.  We will process your footwear return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3 business days to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of store credit. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires.

  1. When you return your purchase to by mail within 10 days of the purchase date, you will receive credit for the amount of the product, minus shipping cost.
  2. Item must arrive in the original condition that it was shipped in. 
Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s)

  2. Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.
  3. We offer return labels if you wish to receive one. We will deduct $10 from the store credit that will be issued to you upon receipt of your return. 
  4. As soon as our Returns Team processes it, we will contact you with your store credit code.

Once you’ve sent it back to us, you can track your return if you used one of our labels. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. SUVERIA is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
